I am still not sick of this trend. Actually, I can't get enough of them. All you have to do is put pyramid studs on something, and I will love it! Since they do not abound here in North Dakota, I am going to order some online and start glamourizing my own things! Look out!! I saw this amazing Roberto Cavalli bag in this month's Vogue with a smattering of various sizes and shapes of studs. I plan to do my own "inspired by" version of this bag as my first project. After being an avid runner for the past 2 1/2 years, it turns out that if you don't properly nourish your body, it gets quite upset! I had been experiencing terrible shortness of breath and dizziness when running, and I kept wondering how I had gotten so out of shape when I hadn't reduced my workouts. I finally decided that I needed to go to the doctor to see what was going on, and it turns out that I basically have no iron stores left in my body. I was crazy anemic! Yikes!! I have been taking iron pills for the past month, and am almost back to "normal." Phew! I don't always look forward to my daily runs, but let me tell you, when you can't do it, it is the worst feeling! I had just started training for my first full marathon, and this sidelined me for a bit, but I still hope to be ready to go in October.

Getting ready to go on a 8 mile run in the park. I just downloaded a new running song...Don't laugh, but it is the song from the Bacardi Mojito commercial. You know, the one where the guy travels back through time to illustrate how long Bacardi has been around? Not only do I love seeing the vintage styles in that ad, but I love, love, love this song called "Daylight" by Matt and Kim. It is so happy!
